A New Adventure

I have been blogging since March 2007. I really enjoy it. I have a feature on my main blog called “Commonplace Book Tuesdays.” Every week, I share one of my collected passages from my commonplace book.

My collection is quite large. I have wanted to organize my quotations now for quite some time. I couldn’t think of any better way to do it than in a blog. This blog will allow me to put labels on the posts so that they can all be organized by subject, author, and any other label I find necessary.

As usual, your comments are welcome. You may choose to share some of your favourite quotations or passages as well.

I plan on updating this blog every weekday. I have enough entries in my commonplace book to keep this blog rich with content for a year. But the good thing about a collection such as this is that it is always growing. I am constantly on the lookout for words that speak to me, whether they be in print or in spoken language.

I had this idea for a while now and have gotten support for it from a few different readers. I wanted to work on designing this blog right away. I probably will not start posting regularly until the New Year. I hope to see you then.
